State of Open Networking & Edge

Cooperation of Lecture:The Linux Foundation

As cybersecurity attacks continue to rise-- and evolving technologies like cloud native, edge, open RAN, 5G and 6G become more mainstream-- it’s more important than ever that open source communities embrace collaborative strategies to keep code secure. In this presentation, general manager of Networking, Edge, and IoT and the Linux Foundation, Arpit Joshipura, will discuss the current state of open source networking edge with a focus on security, re-aggregration and what’s next for the industry. Learn how collaboration is enabling open, secure re-aggregration across areas such as 5G, including adoption by large enterprises and government agencies, as foundations and standards bodies join the effort and look towards the set of “open everything” innovation.
