Digital Nature and Large-Scale Language Models: Shaping the Future of Human-Computer Interaction

In this talk, we will explore the new natural environment shaped by digital technology and the future of human evolution in collaboration with computers. Furthermore, we will focus on how AI and large-scale language models can facilitate information exchange and communication, promoting understanding among different communities. We will discuss the integration and evolution of digital nature with our current natural environment and consider the role of digital humans and humanity in the future. Additionally, we will examine how AI technology, particularly large-scale language models, can ease information exchange and understanding between different cultures and communities and describe the importance of digital nature as a commons.
