In Japan, we see several efforts underway to achieve "Society 5.0" - which aims to solve social challenges through digitization of society - and "SDGs" advocated by the United Nations.
The NTT Group, together with our partners, is working to help create a Smart World. We believe we can help address critical social challenges and at the same time create new value by applying advanced technologies and developing new innovations.
In this keynote, I will address our initiatives in this area, including a use case example of the City of Las Vegas. Also, I will discuss our concept and the importance of networking and IT infrastructure that will help to create a Smart World and contribute to the benefit of society.
